The Beylerbeyi Gasworks, built in 1862–1864, was acquired by RePie Investment Holding in 2025. Preserving its historic identity in full, the project transforms the site into a distinguished destination combining the holding's headquarters with curated office, lounge and meeting spaces.
Built between 1862 and 1864, the historic Kuzguncuk Gazhane is being transformed by RePie Developments into the new headquarters of RePie Investment Holding and a distinctive mixed-use destination. The project is being developed through a comprehensive restoration and adaptive reuse approach that preserves the site's industrial heritage and original architectural character while introducing contemporary functions to its historic stone buildings and silos. Spanning a total area of 8,700 sqm, the project comprises 2,344 sqm of construction area within the stone buildings and 520 sqm within the silos, with respective building footprints of 787 sqm and 235 sqm.
